You will access Journal Surf and other services using your login name and/or email address and a password, which you will provide when you subscribe.
For those subscribed to Journal Surf, the user password may be used for internet access to Journal Surf by current staff and enrolled students of your school. The administrator password is used to maintain account information, to change passwords and should only be known to the person or persons responsible for those tasks.
For those subscribed to ENRICH, the username, password, and resources may only be used by the individual signed up to the account.
If you are subscribing to services other than Journal Surf (e.g. ENRICH) you will need to pay by credit card before your account is activated. An annual subscription must be paid in advance for your account to remain active for the next year.
If you are a NZ school subscribed to Journal Surf, once your subscription has been processed and activated, we will send an invoice to the postal address you have provided. You are responsible for ensuring that the invoice is received and paid promptly. If we have not received payment from you within one month of activating your subscription, we may choose to deactivate your account. If you become aware that payment has been delayed, please notify our customer services staff immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
